Appointments

Emergency patients are always seen the same day during office hours.
Because we see emergency patients on the same day, we occasionally run slightly behind schedule. We ask your patience with us if your visit is slightly delayed because we are taking care of someone who is in pain. Be assured if you are ever in need of emergency care yourself or for a member of your family, the same courtesy will be extended to you.
Insurance and Billing
Payment for services is expected at the time service is provided. If treatment requires multiple appointments, payment may be divided over the number of appointments. We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard and Visa. If an extended plan is desired, please ask us about the CareCredit Program. For charges of over $500 or greater, a 5% courtesy will be extended for full cash or check payment in advance.
As a courtesy, we will file your claim for you. We may accept direct payment from most insurance companies. We will estimate your deductible and the portion not covered by your insurance, which is due at time of treatment. Our estimates may be different than your insurance company's calculations; therefore, the amount due our office may be adjusted accordingly. You may find that our fees may be different from the insurance company's schedule of "allowable" or "UCR" fees. If you have questions, please feel free to ask.
