Dr. Dolores J. Baran is a highly experienced dentist who has been caring for patients since 1988. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and has spent more than 38 years helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles.

Dr. Baran’s philosophy is simple: treat every patient like family and provide the best care possible. She is passionate about dentistry and continues to pursue advanced education whenever she finds opportunities that can benefit her patients. Over the years, she has completed extensive training in many areas of dentistry, including BOTOX® treatment for migraines, and she offers a wide range of services in-house that are often referred to specialists.

Patients appreciate Dr. Baran’s experience, honesty, and ability to provide comprehensive care in one convenient location. Her office uses advanced technology, including dental lasers and CEREC same-day crown technology, which she has incorporated into patient care for more than 20 years. Patients are often surprised to learn they can receive services such as root canals, oral surgery, and BOTOX® treatment right in the office. The practice also works with a periodontist and oral surgeon, helping patients receive more complete care from a trusted team.

Dr. Baran has proudly practiced in the area for more than 21 years and has been recognized by Hour Detroit Magazine as a Top Dentist many times since 2008. She is also deeply committed to giving back through charity work. One of her most meaningful contributions was developing a dental program for autistic children at the Judson Center. Dr. Baran also performs smile makeovers for victims of domestic violence, and the practice hosts a free dental day to give back to the community.

Dr. Baran’s services include veneers, clear aligners, and BOTOX®, in addition to comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry.

After decades in dentistry, Dr. Baran has no plans to retire anytime soon. She truly loves what she does and remains dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles.

Dr. Teresa Olack, DDS, MS, is a board-certified periodontist dedicated to helping patients preserve their natural teeth whenever possible and replace missing teeth with long-lasting dental implant solutions. Her approach to care is centered on education, trust, and patient choice. She believes every patient deserves to understand their treatment options clearly so they can choose the path that feels best for their health, goals, and lifestyle.

Dr. Olack completed her advanced training in Periodontics and Oral Medicine at the University of Michigan, graduating in 2024. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and is board certified through the American Board of Periodontology, a distinction that reflects her advanced knowledge, training, and commitment to excellence in periodontal and implant dentistry.

Before her dental specialty training, Dr. Olack earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology as well as a Bachelor of Arts in German, Scandinavian, and Dutch Studies. Her strong academic background and specialty training allow her to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care for patients with gum disease, tooth loss, and complex dental needs.

Dr. Olack is committed to continuing education and regularly stays current with new techniques, research, and technologies in the field of periodontics. She is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, IV moderate/conscious sedation, and controlled substance prescribing, allowing her to support patient safety, comfort, and confidence throughout treatment.

Patients appreciate Dr. Olack’s calm, informative approach and her focus on helping them make empowered decisions about their oral health. Whether she is helping a patient manage periodontal disease, preserve their natural smile, or explore dental implants, her goal is to provide care that is personalized, understandable, and aligned with each patient’s needs.

Outside the office, Dr. Olack enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband when the weather is nice. She also enjoys kayaking, hiking, and cooking.
